No. reThought is a brokerage, not a team. It’s your business, your brand — we bring the structure underneath it. You keep the wheel.
02What’s the split?
Production-friendly and transparent. We walk the exact numbers on the call, no fine print. If it doesn’t make sense for your business, we’ll both know in 20 minutes.
03I’m already slammed. How much time does this take?
One live session every Tuesday, plus the systems built into your week. The point is to give you time back — fewer 11pm panic nights, not more homework.
04Do I have to speak Spanish?
No. Bilingual is a strength of our community, but it’s not required. What is: coachable, consistent, hungry to grow.
05Which markets do you serve?
